| Abstract : | Η παρούσα μελέτη έχει στόχο την ανάλυση σιωπηρών και ρητών συμπαιγνιών, τον τρόπο σχηματισμού τους, τα κίνητρα των εταιριών για να συμμετάσχουν σε αυτές, την ανάλυση των βασικών παραγόντων που δημιουργούν ευμενές περιβάλλον για την σύσταση καρτέλ, καθώς και τον τρόπο αντιμετώπισής τους ιδιαίτερα από την σκοπιά των προστίμων, τόσο στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση όσο και σε εθνικό επίπεδο.
This present paper has as a goal the analysis of tacit and explicit collusions, the way they are formed, the incentives of the firms to participate, the analysis of the factors that create a friendly environment for a collusion to be sustained and, in addition, the way the collusions are confronted from the scope of fines on a european and on a national level.
