Μελέτη αγοραστικής συμπεριφοράς στον κλάδο του security

Abstract

Το θέμα που πραγματεύεται η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία είναι «Η μελέτη της αγοραστικής συμπεριφορά στο κλάδο του Security». Καθώς οι εταιρείες καλούνται να καλύψουν τις ζητήσεις των καταναλωτών, καταλαβαίνουμε ότι ουσιαστικά η εργασία θα εκπονηθεί στο πλαίσιο της καταναλωτικής συμπεριφορά με έμφαση όμως στο κλάδο του Security. Η συμπεριφορά του καταναλωτή είναι ένας τομέας, ο οποίος μελετάται συχνά από τους ερευνητές και προσεγγίζεται πολύπλευρα και από διάφορα αφετηριακά σημεία, καθώς οι καταναλωτικές συνήθειες μεταβάλλονται με την πάροδο του χρόνου. Στο κλάδο του Security, δεν υπάρχουν λεπτομερής άρθρα και έρευνες με αποτέλεσμα να έχω τη δυνατότητα να παρέχω πρωτογενές υλικό σε όποιον ενδιαφερθεί για τα συμπεράσματα της έρευνας. Επίσης εκμεταλλευόμενος την ευκαιρία της διπλωματικής μου εργασίας, τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας που θα πραγματοποιηθεί για τις ανάγκες της εργασίας, θα με βοηθήσουν ιδιαίτερα στην επαγγελματική μου πορεία, καθώς εργάζομαι σε εταιρεία που δραστηριοποιείται στο τομέα του Security.Πρέπει εδώ να τονίζουμε, πως η εργασία δεν έχει καμία αναφορά στο τομέα του Syber Security (κυβερνοασφάλεια), καθώς είναι ένας εντελώς διαφορετικός κλάδος με εντελώς διαφορετικές ανάγκες, καταναλωτές, και τρόπους εμπορίας των συγκεκριμένων υπηρεσιών.

The scope of this diploma thesis entails an in-depth examination of purchasing behavior within the Security industry. Given the growing expectations of consumers, this research will be contextualized within the framework of consumer behavior, with a particular emphasis on the Security industry. Consumer behavior is a widely studied field that encompasses various perspectives and approaches, due to the evolving nature of consumption patterns over time.Despite the abundance of research on consumer behavior, there is a noticeable dearth of comprehensive articles and research on the topic within the Security industry. Consequently, the findings of this study will serve as valuable primary material for anyone seeking to understand the consumer behavior trends in this sector. Moreover, as I work for a company that operates in the Security industry, the results of this research will be highly relevant to my professional development.It is important to note that this thesis has no bearing on Cyber Security. As a distinct industry with unique marketing strategies and consumer demands, the findings of this research cannot be applied to the Cyber Security industry.
