Abstract :In the dissertation the several monetary policy measures that central banks have ,and their use, were examined. Both country-wide and worldwide financial crises were examined and ,lastly, the efficiency of the monetary policy tools used was evaluated.
Στην εργάσια ερευνήθηκαν τα διάφορα εργαλεία νομισματικής πολιτικής των κεντρικών τραπεζών και η χρήση τους σε περιόδους κρίσεων. Μελετήθηκαν εξίσου εγχώριες χρηματοοικονομικές κρίσεις όσο και παγκόσμιες και τέλος εξετάστηκε η αποτελεσματικότητα των νομισματικών εργαλείων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν
