| Abstract : | Η διπλωματική εργασία στοχεύει στο να εμβαθύνει στις έννοιες του CX και EX, στη σύνδεση που υπάρχει μεταξύ τους, αλλά και στο κατά πόσο επηρεάστηκαν από τις συνθήκες της Πανδημίας Covid-19. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο, πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα στην Ελλάδα και ειδικά στην επιχείρηση Cosmote, ως μελέτη περίπτωσης.Η έρευνα που διεξήχθη ήταν ποιοτική με τη μορφή online δομημένων συνεντεύξεων σε 12 εργαζόμενους με θέση ευθύνης σε operational τμήματα στην εταιρεία Cosmote και για την ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων της χρησιμοποιήθηκε η επαγωγική μέθοδος ανάλυσης περιεχομένου.Τα αποτελέσματα της πρωτογενούς έρευνας συνάδουν με αυτά της δευτερογενούς και καταγράφηκαν οι απόψεις των συμμετεχόντων αναφορικά με το θέμα, καθώς και σχετικές προτάσεις από την πλευρά τους.
The purpose of this thesis is to further investigate the concepts of CX and EX, the connection between them, and also to examine whether they were affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. For this reason, research was conducted in Greece and specifically in Cosmote company, as a case study.The research was qualitative and was conducted online via structured interviews to 12 key employees in operational departments of the company. Inductive method of content analysis was used for the analysis of the results.The results of the primary research are in line with those of the secondary research and the views of the participants regarding the topic were recorded, as well as relevant proposals from their side.
